Non poteva mancare il riferimento a Mark Carney, il primo ministro canadese che a gennaio di quest’anno ha dichiarato chiusa l’era della “Pax americana” a Davos, avviando un dibattito sul ruolo delle medie potenze in questa epoca “post”.”
