The Dipartimento di Culture, Politica e Società of the University of Torino was established in 2013. As centre of research and educational activities, the Department investigates how human beings think and shape the society they live in, how they organize and regulate social living, the types of political institutions they create to govern those society and the interaction between different cultures. It includes scholars belonging to different areas: anthropology and sociology, political science and international relations, political philosophy, linguistics and geography. The Dipartimento di Culture, Politica e Società is based in the newly-opened Campus “Luigi Einaudi” in Torino.
