“É indubbio che le relazioni tra Cina e Russia siano molto forti e molto solide, però c’è sempre un elemento di ambiguità tattica da qualche parte, che di tanto in tanto si trasforma in un’accentuazione della solidità di questa partnership, ogni tanto però anche in un rallentamento da parte cinese nell’aggiustarsi a quelle che sono le proprie necessità.”
