La Cina può investire, comprare petrolio, offrire aiuti sanitari e vendere il vaccino, ma gli Stati Uniti hanno una presenza molto più solida e radicata, ovviamente, in termini militari; e hanno molte meno remore (soprattutto con Trump) a schierarsi nelle dispute regionali”.
