TOIndia Summer School 2016

The TOIndia Summer School has been organized by the Department of Culture, Politics and Society, University of Turin, in partnership with the Torino World Affairs Institute.

Through an interdisciplinary approach, the School provides students with an extraordinary opportunity to analyse key social, political and economic issues of contemporary India. Important recent trajectories of social change – as well as continuity – will be explored, encouraging critical reflection among students.

The Summer School begins on Monday 27th June and ends on Friday July 1st 2016. The working language is English and participation is open to students and professionals willing to explore crucial dynamics currently unfolding in India.

The School’s teaching staff brings together internationally distinguished scholars. The detailed programme is available online, with info being constantly updated.

Ten scholarships are available for students not living in the province of Torino.

Applications are open from March 7th till May 30th.
